 J. Scott Crosby has deep roots in agriculture. He is a fifth-generation farmer and rancher. His family has farmed and ranched in northern Wyoming and southern Montana for over 100 years. After earning a B.A. in Agricultural Business and an MBA from the University of Utah he returned to Wyoming where he and Valerie Crosby started Crosby Analytics and he began his appraisal career. Valerie Crosby has extensive experience with data analyses, inferential statistics, and statistical modeling. John Wicks, of Wicks & Associates, trained and mentored J. Scott Crosby as an appraiser. John Wicks performed appraisal work on agricultural and commercial properties throughout Montana and Wyoming for over thirty years. Crosby Analytics has partnered with Wicks & Associates since 2013 to provide appraisal services throughout Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho. When you hire J.
